Results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?
Programme outputs: 3000 increase of the visits to supported sites of cultural and natural heritage and attraction; 6 integrated tourism products; 1 common strategy for the development of boutique tourism in the project area.
Programme results: minimum 1350 increase of the number of tourists’ overnights in the project area9supported cross border mechanisms to enhance cooperation capacity: 1 strategy, 1 website, 1 online platform, 2 blogs, 4 study visits
Project status
The project was finalized.
Results:
- 1 new tourist route “The path of the clay” developed
- 1 training in sculptural technique – for 50 youths was organized
- 2 art workshops in Cherven Bryag, BG and 2 in Calafat, RO were organized 1 festival in BG and 1 festival in RO were organized
- The Open Air Museum of Clay Art in Cherven Bryag, Pleven and in Calafat, Dolj were organized
- Audio guides of elements of the joint integrated tourist product were elaborated
- The followings documents were elaborated: 1) common strategy for the development of tourism boutique, 2) tourist route "The Path of Clay", 3) Catalog with clay artwork
- 1 Media tour – for 50 persons, including media representatives and bloggers was organized

What will be the results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?
Programme outputs: 7 types of initiatives that activate workforce mobility in the cross border area; 750 participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training
Programme results: 15 000 people will have access to joint employment initiatives.
Project status
The project implementation period finalised on 19.04.2019;
The VISA Cross Border Agency for Work Mobility offices have been established, the staff have been trained and the offices can be found on the following addreess:
- 12-14 Voyvodova str., Ruse, Bulgaria;
- 36 Crisan str., Slatina, Olt county, Romania;
The agency offeres services for work mobility to both, employees and employers at its headquarter and also online.
Within the project there have been elaborated:

2. A Guide for Commuters;

The Lead Partner has acquired a Certificate by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET)-Bulgaria for a Professional Training Centre licensed to train for 10 professions:
1. Sales Representative;
2. Coordinator in Business - Services;
3. Economics Specialist;
4. Organizer Internet Applications;
5. Hotel Specialist;
6. Restaurant Specialist;
7. Organizer for tourist agency activity;
8. Tour guide;
9. Animator in tourism;
10. Skipper / Sailing Master.
A Partnership Memorandum havs been signed leading to the establishment ofan Advisory Committee.
All of the pilot actions and consultations have been perforemed.

A chance for development

To increase of employability and professional mobility of people in search of employment in Dolj, Vidin and Svisthov.

How?
- Selection and involvement of the target group in activities;
- Setting up of a Romanian-Bulgarian career and recruitment center;
- Professional training courses;
- Study visits of the target group members to socio-economic units in Romania and Bulgaria;
- Designing an interactive website for facilitating communication between employers and job-seekers;
- Organization of a job fair;
- Conferences on the topic of sustainable development and the increase employment levels in the cross-border region;
- Elaboration of information and publicity materials (leaflets, posters, rollups, 2 press conferences);
Results (what’s the contribution to the Programme)?
Programme outputs:
- 14 initiatives (trainings, education schemes, websites, agreements, networks, job-fairs etc.) that activate workforce mobility in the cross border area: 12 trainings, 1 website, 1 job-fair
- 400 participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training
- 300 participants in joint educational and training schemes to support youth employment, educational opportunities and higher and vocational education across borders
Programme results: population that have access to joint employment initiatives – 700 participants
Project status
The project is finalized.
Results:
- A website in 3 languages (Ro, Bg, En), available at the address http://robgcareers.ucv.ro/.
- 3 professional conferences organized to the University of Craiova;
- 13 courses have been completed by the project beneficiaries in the following fields: optics and optometry, radiotherapy, pollution and environmental protection, acoustics and audiometry, physico-chemical analyses in the field of environmental protection, English language, Bulgarian language, IT, entrepreneurial skills, trainer, PR and communications assistant, project manager, geographic information systems,
1 Romanian language course organized by B2 and 1 Entrepreneurship course has been completed by B3.
- 3 professional conferences organized by the University of Craiova;
- 4 study visits for unemployed people, students and academics to potential employers in Bulgaria and Romania;
-4 job fairs were organized, as follows:
- 25th of October 2018 in Craiova;
- 27th of March, 2019, in Svishtov;
-05th of December 2018 in Craiova;
-29th of February 2019 in Vidin.
A Romanian-Bulgarian Career and Recruitment Centre that facilitates the inclusion in the labor market and professional mobility of the unemployed, students and graduates from the region of implementation was established within the University of Craiova.
- All equipment foreseen in the AF was purchased by the University of Craiova (Equipment such as: Computer tomography module, X ray tube, Refractometer, Audiometer, Goniometer, Bio-microscope, NEURO-AUDIO device, lensmeter, etc.).
