During the third meeting of the Monitoring Comitee that was held in october 2015 at Bucharest, the evaluation Plan for Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria was approved and afterwards, it was submitted to the European Commission.  This Evaluation Plan sets out an evaluation strategy for the entire implementation period of the programme, proportionate with its

financial allocation and taking into account the expected evolution of the programme and the elements that are to be reported, including the ones related to the performance framework. It represents a management tool for the implementation of Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme, to be used effectively by the Managing Authority in order to contribute to the implementation of an evidence-based programme.
