Interreg V-A Romania Bulgaria Programme is one of the first programmes in Romania and Bulgaria which already selected projects. On 15th of October 2015, the Monitoring Committee has approved the first projects (soft projects), within the first call for proposals (Priority axis 1 – A well connected region, Priority axis 2 – A green region and Priority
