The Managing Authority (MA) for INTERREG V-A România-Bulgaria Programme- Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration from Romania (MRDPA), the National Authority (NA)- Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works from Bulgaria (MRDPW)

and the Joint Secretariat (JS) of the Programme – Cross Border Cooperation Regional Office Calarasi for Romania – Bulgaria Border (CBC RO Călărași), organised on the 4th of August 2016, in Ruse, Bulgaria, the fourth meeting of the Monitoring Committee for INTERREG V-A România-Bulgaria Programme.

During the meeting important documents regarding the communication activity for Interreg V-A Romania Bulgaria Programme were taken, by approving the following documents: the Annual Communication Plan for 2016 and the revision of the Visual Identity Manual. As well, the implementation progress of the Programme registered since the last committee that took place in October 2015, was presented to the members of the Monitoring Committee.
The Monitoring Committee did not reach a consensus regarding the selection of hard projects submitted during the first call for proposals (Priority Axis 1, 2 and 3). The Monitoring Committee decided to continue the discussions on this topic during the next meeting which will take place during the last week of September 2016.
