In order to support the beneficiaries of the Programme

following the MA (Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and European Funds) Instruction no. 3 for beneficiaries from 2nd of March 2017, regarding the obligations for reporting applicable from 1st of April 2017, the Joint Secretariat (within the Cross Border Cooperation Regional Office Calarasi for the Romania – Bulgaria Border) organizes at its headquarters, technical assistance meetings regarding the introduction within the e-MS system of all the information related to the implementation of contracted projects.
