On the 22nd of May 2019, starting at 13:30 o’clock at the building of the Pantheon of National Revival Heroes in Ruse, at “Vazrozhdenski” Square will be held an official ceremony for the launch of the reconstruction of the Pantheon and its surrounding area under the project “Reconstruction and display of iconic cultural sites with high tourism potential in the Euroregion Ruse-Giurgiu”, ROBG – 424, implemented in partnership with Ruse Municipality from Bulgaria as Lead Beneficiary and Territorial Administrative Unit – Giurgiu Town from Romania as Beneficiary 2.

The project main objective is to increase tourism attractiveness of Ruse-Giurgiu CBC region represented by two of the region’s iconic cultural and historic sites: the Pantheon in Ruse and the Fortress in Giurgiu.
