Suspension determined by COVID-19 is not taken into account when numbering the total no. of suspensions- Instruction no. 12/13.04.2020, issued by the Managing Authority of the Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme

The suspension determined by COVID-19 is not taken into account when counting the number of suspensions allowed by the contractual provisions, namely article 7. Rights and duties of the parties, section Lead Beneficiary of the subsidy contract and co-financing contract and article 6 of the monitoring agreement.
