The managing bodies of the Interreg V - A Romania Bulgaria Programme revised the following programme documents for beneficiaries, available in section Rules of Implementation, sub section Programme rules:
- The Project Implementation Manual, version August 2018. Please be informed that this version is applicable from now on. (to download the document click here)
- The Guidance for reporting in e-MS, version August 2018. (to see the document click here)
Also, the Managing Authority issued the Instruction no. 7/10.08.2018 regarding project changes before submittal of a modification request, available in section Rules of Implementation, sub section Programme rules. (to see the document click here)
